Within 3 business days you'll receive your 'report card' outlining which criteria you passed and which you failed. You can use this service to confirm complaints and issues identified in demand letters are valid before taking necessary steps to rectify.

What does the introductory audit include:

• We identify key pages of your website that represent a cross section of layouts
• We review one page from each layout determined above (up to 8) and test for all WCAG 2.0 A/AA criterium
